JBLM Job Fair Showcases State Employment Opportunities

Among the job fair’s goals was to help people discover about profession opportunities and employment how their abilities line up with them, Gentz said.
Education is an essential benefit of attending a task fair, as about 40% of those who start with the TAP discover they’re « not ready to make that jump yet, » or they have seen the readily available opportunities and choose to continue serving, Gentz stated.
